After more than 20 years in education—serving as Assistant Head, Head of English and Leader in Learning—I took a leap of faith and left the classroom to start my own businesses. It was nerve-wracking, overwhelming and exhilarating all at once.

Join us for 40-minute sessions each week where you’ll learn foundational breathwork practices. There will be homework for you to complete each week, so that you can continue to learn the breathing techniques by yourself

Self Paced
Although this course is a 6-week programme, you can follow it to suit your own schedule and daily parenting demands. There is absolutely no pressure to complete it in 6-weeks.
